About Rise Finery

This website is operated by Rise Finery LLC, referred to below as “Rise Finery,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” These terms explain the conditions for using risefinery.com and making retail purchases through the site. Our Shipping & Returns Policy also applies to those purchases. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Using the website

You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase, or act with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the purchase. You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and to use only a payment method you are authorized to use.

You may not use this website for fraud or unlawful activity, introduce malicious software, attempt to access private accounts or systems without permission, or interfere with the website's operation or security. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our customers, business, or services, subject to applicable law.

If you use a customer account, protect access to your sign-in information and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We will not ask you to send us your password by email.

Products and product information

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. This does not excuse a material difference between the product supplied and the product described.

Please review each product's materials, dimensions, compatibility, and care or use instructions before purchasing. Do not assume a product is suitable for a particular material sensitivity unless its description specifically supports that claim. If you need more information, contact us before ordering. Nothing in these terms limits your rights concerning product safety, defects, or inaccurate descriptions.

Products, finishes, and quantities are subject to availability. Availability statements are not a guarantee that an item will remain in stock until your order is accepted.

Prices, payments, and orders

Prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout. Prices and promotions may change for future orders; a later change does not by itself alter the price of an accepted order.

Payment is processed through the payment services available at Shopify checkout. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; acceptance is confirmed when we send the shipment confirmation. Any mandatory rights concerning payment, cancellation, delivery, and refunds continue to apply before and after acceptance.

Before shipment, we may need to decline or cancel an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, fraud is reasonably suspected, or a material pricing or description error is identified. We will notify you using the contact information provided. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will promptly refund the canceled items and applicable charges. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Discounts are subject to the conditions disclosed with each offer, including expiration dates, eligible products, and any restrictions on combining offers. A refund for a discounted item is based on the amount actually paid for that item.

Shipping, returns, and customer support

Our Shipping Policy explains destinations, charges, processing times, and delivery assistance. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains return eligibility, shipping responsibility, cancellations, and refunds. The policies in effect when you place your order apply to that order, subject to applicable law.

If something goes wrong, contact janel@risefinery.com so we can work with you toward a resolution. You are not required to give up statutory remedies or payment-dispute rights to contact us for help.

Website content and third-party services

Our branding, photographs, text, and website design belong to Rise Finery or the relevant rights holders. You may use the site for personal shopping and share links to our pages. Other uses must respect applicable intellectual-property law; commercial reproduction generally requires permission from the rights holder.

The site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services, including payment and account services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply to your use of those services. This does not remove any responsibility Rise Finery has to you for your order under applicable law.

Availability and consumer rights

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary interruptions and errors can occur. Please contact us if an interruption affects your order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty, remedy, responsibility, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by California law, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain in effect. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version. Changes will not retroactively reduce your rights for an existing order. We will identify the effective date when revised terms are published.

These terms cover retail website purchases. Wholesale purchases are governed by separately agreed wholesale terms.
